To adapt to the varying needs of our membership, we are offering both in-person and virtual learning platforms.

The AAIA is committed to your safety and well-being.  We are monitoring federal, state, and local requirements, as well as CDC guidelines.  Since these are continuously revised, we will communicate specific requirements closer to the conference date.

Attending In-Person?

  • Hotel Accommodations:  Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach Hotellocated at 100 Coronado Drive, Clearwater, Florida, 33767
    • Attendees will be provided cloth masks and hand sanitizer.
    • Larger Conference Rooms will allow for increased social distancing.
    • Clean Stay Protocols at the hotel.
    • Hotel room rates will be posted in May.
