Election Overview
Annual elections are a crucial part of our governance. Each year, a rotating slate of board members is up for election. Directors serve two-year terms, with a portion of the board elected each year to ensure continuity. Officer elections occur every two years. Both officers and directors will be running for election and be installed September 1, 2026.
Each member gets one vote, made by the Primary Registrant or Main Contact, that are sent electronic ballots. Votes are tallied shortly after the close of the election. The candidates elected to the Board of Directors are announced during the Annual Business Meeting which is held virtually.
Important 2026 Dates
- Email Campaign for Nominations: June 2026
- Voting Opens: July 22, 2026
- Voting Closes: August 4, 2026
- Annual Business Meeting: August 12, 2026
The email campaign asked for a call for Nominations at which point the Primary Registrant may make "nominations from the floor." Nominations from the floor need to be submitted within the two week period leading up to the election to info@airport-auditors.com.

Annual Business Meeting
The Annual Business Meeting will be held virtually on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. EDT. A link to register will be sent to all members.
