Election Overview

Annual elections are a crucial part of our governance. Each year, a rotating slate of board members is up for election. Directors serve two-year terms, with a portion of the board elected each year to ensure continuity. Officer elections occur every two years.  The current officer slate was voted for in the 2024 election.  These officers will continue their terms until  September 1, 2026. 


Each member gets one vote, made by the Primary Registrant or Main Contact, that are sent electronic ballots.  Votes are tallied shortly after the close of the election. The candidates elected to the Board of Directors  are announced during the Annual Business Meeting which is held virtually.  


Important 2025 Dates

  • Email Campaign for Nominations: June 2025
  • Voting Open:  July 28, 2025
  • Voting Closed:  August 6, 2025
  • Annual Business Meeting:  August 14, 2025 11:30 a.m. EDT


The email campaign asked for a call for Nominations at which point the Primary Registrant may make "nominations from the floor." Nominations from the floor need to be submitted within the two week period leading up to the election to info@airport-auditors.com.
