Pre-Conference Activities and Guest Registrations

Two Pre-Conference Activities have been coordinated.  There is a visit to family-friendly Gatorland or a Golf outing at the Waldorf Astoria Golf Course.

In addition, you can bring guests to conference activities on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday nights.  They can attend one, two, or all three events.  There is special pricing when attending all three conference events.

Family-Friendly Visit to Gatorland, the Alligator Capital of the World

Enjoy a family friendly day at Gatorland, the Alligator Capital of the World, where you'll be able to view a variety of animals and reptiles native to Florida, take in exciting shows, and experience some of the lush Orlando landscape.

The AAIA has secured tickets for admittance to the 110-acre theme park and wildlife preserve.  Participants will enjoy a private, 45-minute animal encounter arranged exclusively for the group.

Round-trip transportation and lunch are included.

When? Sunday, June 26, 2022

Leave conference hotel at approximately 9:30 a.m. and depart Gatorland at 4:00 p.m.  Gatorland is about 30 minutes from conference hotel.

How much?

Adults (aged 13 and older): $65; Children (aged 3 -12): $50.  Under 3 are free (but no lunch voucher).

What does it include?

Round trip transportation, park admittance, lunch voucher, and exclusive animal encounter.

Need to register and pay by June 20, 2022.

Hawk's Landing  Golf Outing (please note: venue change from Waldorf-Astoria)

Hawk's Landing Golf Club spans over 220 acres of lush grounds at the Orlando World Center Marriott Resort.  It is an 18-hole championship golf course designed by noted golf architect Robert Cupp Jr. to create the perfect setting for challenging golf and a scenic blend of native Florida wildlife and tropical vegetation.

Note: Venue Changed as Waldorf-Astoria is revamping course, reducing it to just 9 holes.

Leave the conference hotel about 7:15 a.m. for a 10 minute drive to golf club located 4 miles away.  Tee times begin at 8:00 a.m.

Your guests can join fellow attendees and enjoy food, drinks and fun in a casual atmosphere.

Tuesday, June 28 2022   7:30 - 10:30 p.m.

Where?

Hard Rock Café, John Lennon Terrace overlooking Universal CityWalk Orlando.

How Much?

$100/guest (aged 21 and older).  $85/child (aged 4 to 20 years).  Children 3 and under are free.

What does it Include?

Your guests will enjoy the ultimate VIP experience.  In addition to dinner and hosted drinks, a roaming docent will let you know about the unique memorabilia in the room while a DJ will be playing music.

Round trip transportation will also be provided.   The motor coach will leave the conference hotel at 7:00 p.m., and have two departure times from the Hard Rock: 9:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.

Need to register and pay by June 9, 2022.

Special Pricing!

Purchase tickets for all three Conference events, and receive a discounted package of $175/adult (aged 21and older) and $148.75/child (aged 4 to 20 years).  Children 3 and under are free.

What does it include? 

Guest attendance at all three Conference Events: The Welcome Reception, Networking Event, and Tuesday Night Networking Dinner.
